Back to Work Does Not Mean Back to Normal

Sponsored by  mondaq the canadian bar association

When the day comes that we can officially "go back to work," the rules of engagement will be different – and we might just be better for it! As a society, we are living through what may be some of the largest shifts in work/health/familial/economic views in recent history. What will – and what should – our working lives look like in the wake of movements such as #BLM and #metoo; a health crisis and global pandemic,  political upheaval and misinformation campaigns? Join this panel as we discuss how a year marked with uncertainty can pave the way to something better than normal.
