Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitutions: If you cannot attend the conference, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual by April 16, 2021. Substitutions will not be honoured after April 16, 2021. The substitute may be charged the difference in registration price if the substitute’s member status is different from that of the original registrant.
Cancellations: Written requests to cancel your registration received by April 1, 2021, are eligible for a refund less a $50 service charge. Cancellation/refund requests will not be honoured after April 1, 2021.
All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to StephanieL@ccca-cba.org.
