Conference Charity

Each year, in lieu of speaker gifts, the CCCA designates a charity as the recipient of a donation. This year, based on member feedback, the Conference Charity donation will be shared between two charities:

• Legal Help Centre – Winnipeg: The Legal Help Centre improves access to legal and social service resources for socially and economically disadvantaged members of the community by providing legal support, education and referrals in partnership with students and volunteers.

• Project Genesis – Montreal: Project Genesis is a community organization committed to the values of social justice, equality and non-discrimination, and empowerment. With our members, we work towards social change with the goal of improving the quality of life of the disadvantaged.
