FAQs about Virtual Exhibit Booths

  • How do we build a booth in a virtual event platform? And how do we make it engaging? 
    Don't worry – video tutorials and other support will be available to help you build your booths and maximize participation. And we are always here to help!
  • How do we "staff" the booth, and how do we interact with participants in real time?
    While your exhibit can be accessed 24/7, you should make sure it is staffed during live educational content of the conference to engage in the live chat and video features and maximize networking with our fabulous attendees. There are a number of lead retrieval and networking tools in the platform that you will be coached to use.
  • Can we give away prizes or gifts?
    Yes - and this has proven to be especially effective for connecting with your audience! The CCCA will work with you to create and execute activations, games and prizes.
  • How will the CCCA help us drive traffic to the exhibit booths and attending sponsors?
    Our exhibit booths are an important part of our conference – they help us connect our community to the services they need! Access to the booths will be prominently displayed on the main tool bar of the virtual conference platform, and announcements and digital promotion will remind participants to explore the booths. Gamification will also be built in throughout the month to increase engagement and continually encourage traffic.

    You are encouraged to create conference-exclusive offers and promotions to increase the attraction, and you will be coached on the engagement tools and analytics available in the platform.
