A Moral Compass in a World of War: In Conversation with the Honourable Bob Rae

The Honourable Bob Rae, Canada’s Ambassador to the United Nations and a key voice on Russia’s war in Ukraine, will open the CCCA’s Conference 2022: Deconstructed on May 3 with his insight into recent world events. Russia’s unprovoked war against Ukraine is redefining international world order. Our international institutions and alliances have been impacted. How is the global community responding?

Mr. Rae brings decades of experience as a lawyer, diplomat and political leader to the position, which inform his perspective on human rights. He will explore fundamental issues of our human condition with a passion amassed through years of public service, inspiring us all to become agents of change.
