Governance

The CCCA is governed by an Executive Committee. The day-to-day operations are overseen by the Chair, the Vice-Chair, the Treasurer and the Past Chair. This Committee meets regularly to make policy decisions. Committees and task forces are also appointed as needed.

The local CCCA Sections are organized by geographic location and governed by the provincial branch to which they belong. Each CCCA Section has a representative who sits on the Executive Committee.

The CCCA Committees are made up of volunteer from across our membership who help shape our services and promote in-house counsel within their organizations and the legal profession.
