Creating a Positive Work Environment
A positive work environment is one where employees feel valued, supported and motivated. It’s a place where communication is clear, everyone is treated with respect, and hard work is recognized. When these elements are in place, it creates a culture where teamwork thrives and everyone can succeed.
In this webinar series, we’ll explore how you, as a leader in your organization, can create workplaces that are inclusive, supportive and productive. We’ll draw from lessons learned during the pandemic, the Black Lives Matter movement, #MeToo, and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action, as well as increased awareness around topics like mental health, disabilities and harassment. Join us as we discuss how to build workplaces that are welcoming, empowering and safe for everyone.
This series is free for members, and $50 per webinar for non-members.

Webinar Descriptions
Managing the Return to the Office
On-demand
The "Return to the Office" phase in the post-pandemic world is unfolding differently across the country. In some provinces, employers are requiring employees to return 3-4 days a week, while in others, the process is slower, with many employees pushing back on the amount of time they are expected to be in the office.
What does this mean for team leaders and managers? How can organizations navigate issues like accommodations, workplace safety and productivity? And most importantly, how can we use this moment to make the return to the office more inclusive, supportive and flexible than it was before the pandemic?
Join us to explore these challenges and share valuable insights on how to make the transition back to the office smoother and more effective for everyone involved.
Speakers:
- Jennifer Freund, CCCA Vice President, Professional Registered Parliamentarian
- Gary Glark, Partner, Stikeman Elliott
