This seminar is primer for in-house counsel who may be called upon to answer a “hot call” involving an environmental or a health and safety incident. The session will include discussions on counsel’s role in responding to these incidents, reporting obligations, responding to regulatory investigations, as well as  privilege and avoiding conflicts of interest.
